Metzgerbräu [So is it a good beer?]

The owner has recently built a new brewery building close to his shop. Everything looks very clean and well maintained. I've no doubt he runs the business absolutely hygienic. Being a butcher in Germany means to have lots of knowledge about hygienic standards anyway. The beer we had at the tiny brewery/butchery/shop "beer garden" tasted great and was the best of the day.
