| Second visit to Roppelt yesterday in fantastic weather. < http://d3j5vwomefv46c.cloudfront.net/photos/large/762315162.jpg > The consensus is, the Kellerbier is better than usual for the start of the season, assumedly owing to the late start having enabled a bit of proper lagering time. Haven't been able to ask Franz directly though. And for Gunnar...Tabor, der Bierkellerjunghund. < http://i41.tinypic.com/15e9qmv.jpg > My normal 63 minute ride to Stiebarlimbach takes 90 minutes with him in tow. Today, the last nice, warm day for a while, it's off to the Friedel Keller for more puppy training, then down the hill to Roppelt. Need to get going early though, as thunderstorms are predicted for 17.00. |
