Ebensfeld area recommendations?

I've done the Nedendorf - Wiesen - Bad Staffelstein loop both by bike (in the presence of Mat & Scott) and by foot with the Mrs. Both methods recommended. Really do need to make it up to Uetzing, as well as Pferdesfeld!
