Ebensfeld area recommendations?

Jason, can't share your opinion about Brauerei Hetzel, Frauendorf (Fraadorf). IMO the beer's just fabulous, as is the old Wirtschaft. One of the best beers in that particular "Bernsteinfarbenes Vollbier" class, I'd say.
