Comparing Bland Beer

Couldn't agree more about the lifestyle choice of living in Franconia as a whole, with the beer culture an important aspect but an aspect nonetheless. I do agree that Edelstoff is sweetish and slightly boozy for a session beer. As you said about the Helles, I think it's a far better beer.
