Biking v. Walking |

| Actually I've never biked in Franconia nor anywhere for that matter. I don't think I've ridden a bike in over 15 years. Walking on the other hand I love to do and go on walks/hikes several times a week here at home. I just came back from a 5 mile walk through some local conservation lands. So this is why I hesitate to rent a bike in Franconia and opt to walk instead. I agree totally that the beer tastes so much better when preceded by some physical exercise. One big reason I love Franconia (and I reckon it's the same for many of us here). It does a great job of combining the two activities. |
