| We became quite fond of the vollbier when in Forchheim last year. The people who run the pub are also very friendly - they served us beer when it was supposed to be closed! It's certainly a bit different from the other beers in town - but, then, they are all a bit different from each other. And talk about the difference between beer in a keller and at the brewery - Nick, do you recall how much better Greif was a the tap? |
