Weyermann [organic products]

Yes, yes, the old yarn about what "organic" means is always entertaining. The environmental aspect is certainly what's most important in organic agriculture -- how much pesticide, herbicide, and whatever-else can the fields, streams, and rivers really tolerate well? I prefer to err on the side of caution, rather than the side of the giant chemical companies. Unless, of course, they were to send a lobbyist round my place with a big, fat cheque, just to test my values! Organic produce though, is more risky, as pesticide remnants are more dangerous there, AFAIK. And whilst some draw their personal line in the sand at eating no meat at all, I prefer to eat only meat that's been raised without antibiotics and whatever else the giant industrial concerns employ to cheapen production of meat. The way my grandparents ate. But I think we just discussed this all here recently, under a topic heading of "meat" or summat.
