Well, they do gas up the Landbier served bayerischen Anstich at the Witzgall Keller, this they've told me. And it does vary. I used to find the Vollbier in the Gaststätte to be too sweet, but then an impromptu visit last year revealed it to be more complex than I'd expected. But then, that was the end of a longish Bierkellertour, so my palate was perhaps suspect. Fabulous people though.
