Gravity pour (bayrischer Anstich)

I have heard it called "vom Holzfass" even when it's "just" bayerischer Anstich from a common alu-barrel with the plastic fake wood outside. Maybe not very often, but I've heard it. By "fake wooden barrels", I assume you two are talking about barrels with real wooden outsides around an aluminium core? Or...real wood barrels with some sort of artificial lining inside?
