De Struise Brouwers

You're just repeating your personal claims. And, no, I never called them a beer firm, Belgian do: for example, here: http://www.zbf.be/index.php?lang=NL&page=2a and here: http://inflandersfields.info/index.php/en/westhoek/brouwerijen/struise-brouwers There's nothing wrong with you liking their beer, but I think you should recognise there are other points of view. The Belgian POV of de Struise is nothing like what you seem to think. The reason de Struise distributes only 10 percent of their production in Belgium is because they have a tiny market there. Sure there are Belgians who like it, but they are a tiny minority. But, let Urbain (of de Struise) speak for himself: "We have found Belgium to be a very traditional and difficult market. The majority of Belgian beer consumers drink the usual industrial stuff from big breweries. A smaller percentage will experiment with the better Belgian ale styles and trappists. Even there, there"s almost no room for innovation."
