| The practical side of things is, we're talking about doing something different with our life here in a few years. Mrs likes the idea of becoming a dog trainer, my idea would also be combined with running a 1- or 2-bedroom B&B&B, where the third B = brewery. Somewhere in the country, preferably near Stiebarlimbach. Or in Wales. But in the meantime, something here in town would be nice, getting the production out of our small, not-planned-for-homebrewing kitchen. |
