Wow, hats off to the pair of you, such devotion to duty! I prefer to brew in the warmth of our kitchen using malt extract and my trust plastic brew bucket and brewbelt. Seems to work ok and I've got the process off to less than an hour. Of course, I'm not as adventurous as you two but it'll do me for the present. I've still got the 40-odd litres of Wherry to bottle but it's a bit too much for me at the moment, so probably next week.
