| It is also a 10€ offence to let your car motor run whilst scraping the ice from the windows, because, well, you shouldn't "waste" petrol like that, when you need every drop to legally barrel down the Autobahn at 220 kph. Yeah, that's a sensible law, prohibiting the air inside the car to warm above the freezing point so that your windows won't fog or frost up when you get in and drive away. |
