Sorry, Gary, but "Grief" put an involuntary smile on my face. Reverse the 'i' and 'e' for correct spelling. :-) Cheers! I know what you mean about a slower pace and quiet, even though I still enjoy Seattle and Portland, my two favorite American large-ish cities. Have you spent time in Zoigl country, in the Oberpfalz? That's all about small-town living and very local beer culture. Not Franken to be sure, but it has its own charms.
