Best airfare between Amsterdam and Nuremberg or Frankfurt

You can sometimes travel from Amsterdam (or somewhere else in the Netherlands) to Bamberg or Munich or other places in Bavaria for as little as 39 euros one way, or even 25% less if you have a Bahncard 25. Advance booking of course, and not on busy days / times of year.
