| 5.8% vol. alc. I haven't drunken the Gänstaller Zoigl at the Sandkerwa. But I don't believe that this was an other beer. You can describe the Gänstaller a "Festbier"; other Festbiers, p.e. the Oktoberfestbiere from Löwenbräu, Paulaner .. have around 6% vol. alc. (Spaten 5.9%, Weihenstephaner 5.8%). But the Gänstaller Zoigl is a beer which is availabe the whole year. It is one of the four beers which You can get at the Zoiglstube in Strassgiech (Kellerbier, Zwickel-Pils, Zoigl, Rauchmärzen); two of these beers in exchange. Since yesterday evening the Double IPA is sold out at Café Abseits. We tap now Gänstaller Zoigl. One day after the Bockbieranstich of the Schlenkerla Urbock (4th October) we will start to tap Schlenkerla Urbock. |
