| Was a splendid afternoon up there. I'd thought you'd been to the Kellerwald before with the Washingtonians, or I'd have told you to head to Greif first. You lot being sensible though, you went there anyway. Greif is better than it had been for a long time, or I had bad luck with them for a long time, since my last couple of visits have found a pleasant, though plain Lager there, even at the end of the Fäßla. I was nearly stumped by J's request to describe it: there's very little to say about it other than pale, fruity, and minimally hopped, no real defects other than the freshness. |
