Nice pictures, generated happy memories of my own visit to those places a couple of years ago. Given what happened to the brewing trade in the the former DDR states during 1949-1989, it's not surprising that selection is somewhat limited. Perhaps more brewers should consider reviving old styles and petitioning for exemptions to brewing rules, as has been done with Gose and should be done with Grätzer, for starters.
