| Afaik the 3 breweries are Schwarzes Kreuz and Barnikel. The third might be Wolf/Rüdenhausen or Barth-Senger/Schesslitz. It's not Hauf, they closed for economic reasons, not due to hygenic problems. I visited the four breweries over the last years, and I am not surprised. Wolf told me some years ago he is looking for someone to buy the brewery. Schwarzes Kreuz was one of my favourites; it is really a big loss - operating since 1524!! |
