Four Breweries Closed by Health Department

The brewery I was writing about a year or so ago was Brauerei Schaffer, Schnaittach. Recently the owner of Brauerei Wolf, Rüdenhausen, told me, he had to quit brewing because of the health department. Maybe he's the one who solved the problems?
