Some of this I had already known before I asked, but thought it would be a good and interesting discussion. Which it has been. Made it to the Aischer Rittmayer yesterday for 2 Seidla(s) and a Schnitt, despite the inconvenient opening times. An outstanding Lager: well balanced, not too *this*, not too *that*, just really very good und *frisch* vom Bauchfass mit bayerischem Anstich. That makes a big difference. < http://i49.tinypic.com/nnsftk.jpg > < http://i49.tinypic.com/15p3jo3.jpg > < http://i45.tinypic.com/iemq76.jpg > < http://i47.tinypic.com/25j8boo.jpg > < http://i45.tinypic.com/2vj95aa.jpg > Not a really photograph-friendly location (fotografieren, nicht Fotograf!) but I thought I'd try anyway. It's not cheap, at 13% more expensive than the not-too-far-away Roppelt's Keller per litre, but with Roppelt's being not as good this season as in previous seasons.....
