It doesn't work on my Android phone, though I believe I have a version of FlashPlayer installed. I have Flash 11.1.xxx on my computer. You can supposedly downline videos from the various broadcaster's website "Mediatheken" to your hard drive using the VLC player, but I've never really got it to work myself. But I just record them direct from cable TV anyway.
