Eichhorn Dörfleins and Eichhorn Forchheim?

Nick, thanks for that interesting information! So, not only did I learn that Forchheimer Eichhorn's symbols are a squirrel and a griffon (not a black eagle), but that there was a Greif connection as well. Doubly interesting because what prompted my question was a thread on BeerAdvocate, and in that thread someone else asked if there is or was a connection between Forchheim Greif and Bamberg Greifenklau.
