Kellersaison 2012

Well, we've been to Brauerei Hofmann, Hohenschwärz and Elchbräu Thuisbrunn yesterday. Both were absolutely crowded but the cute waitresses at both breweries were worth the effort ;-). Hofmann Dunkelexport: Beautiful! Malty with a hop note and complex. Elchbräu Dunkel: Just malty, sweetish and simple. Elchbräu Pils: Hoppy, better than the dark beer, but also very simple. Jürgen @Nick: Didn't know you like the beer at Schwarzes Kreuz. I really love it.
