It might be tricky to get the bottling time right - exploding bottles, etc. But with some trial and error? Very Off Topic - Port is made by fermenting for 3 days then deliberately stopping fermentation by the addition of alcohol. This could be done by freeze-concentrating the alcohol from a batch of beer and then adding it to fermenting beer. This won't add carbonation but might be an interesting experiment?
