You know, I found myself wondering what the third brewery was when I biked past the hotel on my way to Mahr's and the most excellent Keesmann Josephi-Bock a couple of weeks ago. I'd already forgotten about Maisel. I also can't remember all of that Wednesday evening. No more Bockbier for me!
