"For accommodation I believe advice posted in the past was to ring Faessla in the morning, weekdays say 0900 local time and speak to the boss. " I will add one more comment. The one time I tried this a few years ago, a woman answered the phone, and I said, "Sprechen Sie Englisch?" She replied, "Nein", and promptly hung up. LOL
