Ordering Kölsch in Düsseldorf

One time a while ago (shoot, its been nearly 13 years!) a friend jokingly ordered a Kölsch at Uerige in Düssseldorf. The Köbes (waiter) gave him a look, then took the friend's glass of alt, drained it and said "I'll be back in a few minutes with your Kölsch." (We knew the waiter fairly well)
