Hopping Mad

Hm - looks a bit murkey! Interesting set up though. I bought a customised plastic brew bucket from Homebrewwest, nothing really specially but it does make life a bit easier. I'm using a brewbelt to keep the temperature stable and that does seem to be making a big difference, as the fermentation is pretty steady and constant, unlike my previous tries. Anyway, the ultimate answer will come in the tasting - can't wait!
