IMO, it's better this year than it had been in the last couple of years--a little more malt to back up the hoppy dryness and alcohol. Though, it's bloody strong at 7,5%! 2-1/2 Seidla, after a bottle of the Hummel Leonhardi... Herr Schoolmann, I must admit that I stole an idea from the Café. The Möhren-Basilikumcremesuppe that you had on Wednesday sounded very good -- I made some at home, and indeed it was quite good. I had to use cilantro instead of basil (grünen/frischen Koriander statt Basilikum) since I couldn't find any fresh basil, and I added a Schwarzrettich, but the original idea was from Abseits. Danke!
