Check the Zoigl calenders and try to plan your trip around that. Oct 3rd has for the last few years had all Zoigl houses in Neuhaus open. Mittertech also has a date earlier in the year when all or most of the zoigl houses are open. Generally you have to mix and match your trip, and leave some zoigl houses/towns for another time.
