OT: NRW beer tourist destinations

I'd probably not term this a "must do," but it's of some interest to the beer tourist: Brauhaus Bönnsch in Bonn, serving its own variation on something akin to Kölsch, but brewed on-premises. The glasses are an amusing twist on the standard Stange cylinders.
