Some beer walks for beginners

"How much would it cost to hire a rusty old bone-shaker in Bamberg or Forchheim?" My wife and I paid 8 Euros per day per bike in Bamberg this past summer. The bike shop we rented from was only a couple of blocks from where we stayed (Spezial). The bikes were pretty decent.
