Schienenersatzverkehrbusse (SEV buses) and Bikes

(The buses replacing the trains between FO and BA, that is, until mid-September.) Whilst waiting for the FO-Erlangen train yesterday, the conductor said that bikes are indeed allowed on SOME SEV buses to Bamberg. He showed me his plan, which indicated that one bus every two hours accepts bikes. IIRC, they were those that run at 12:25, 14:25, 16:25, 18:25, etc. I see nothing about this on the website though; all SEV buses are described as not allowing bikes. The buses I've seen have been what the English call "coaches", or what Yanks might call "touring buses", that is, more luxurious than a city bus. Maybe they also run the other kind every two hours, which have space for bikes? I still haven't seen exactly where the Schienenersatzverkehrshaltestellen (rail service replacement bus stops) are in Buttenheim or in Strullendorf; I may rectify this tomorrow with a bike tour to Geisfeld.
