I really have to apologize and admit to feeling pretty foolish. It's very much a case of; I thought I knew what I was talking about and really just plain didn't. I thought Pilsners and bitter U.K. beers were pretty representative of lager beers and that all the styles I liked were ales. I think I understand better now that it's not that plack and white. Thanks very much for all your comments, they're all very helpful and, as with Mr. Andersons's, I'll be taking advantage of all of them. :^)
