Please review my Bavarian itinerary and provide comments

I must have missed your post re: the brewery. Those that appear with the brewery listing on this site aren't very encouraging http://www.franconiabeerguide.com/CityDetail.asp?City=Vierzehnheiligen. The thing is is that we need to be somewhat selective. If we had months to explore Franconia we could do it all but we don't and I'm concerned that the itinerary is already too full. As it stands right now I feel that we need to weed some places out and try to avoid adding more.
