| The two Ebermannstadter breweries are not the world's most exciting, unfortunately. Drinkable beer is brewed at both, but...the food at the bigger one (Schwannenbräu) is very good though. I suppose the town is enough to keep one interested for two nights. Certainly one night, anyway. If you're there on a Sunday, don't forget the Dampfzug (steam train) up the valley to Gößweinstein.
