Decent franconian beer shop around Wurzburg/Bamberg/Nurenberg |

| Hello, I will be around Frankfurt Hahn airport area and I would like to use this occasion to load my car full of wonderful franconian beer! :) In Nurengerg I know an excellent beer shop Land Bier Paradies (http://www.landbierparadies.com/laden/sofindensieuns/index.php) and in Bamberg I remember I could buy Mahrs, Keesmann and few others in a supermarket close to the train station. Could anyone advise a nice beer shop with good selection an prices preferably closer to Frankfurt Hahn? (but in the worst case I would not mind driving up to Bamberg/Nurenberg) Also, I remember I could not find St. Georgian Brau in any shop in Bamberg. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy beer to take away directly from the brewery at supermarket (not pub) prices? Any information on the subject would be highly appreciated! Thank You, G.V. |
