Bierkeller/biergartens when are they open?

Although I'm in the process of learning, I speak almost no German. So I'm relying on these postings for information. In my experience, very few people in Franconia (other than in the larger cities) speak English and I'm not expecting them to. But any info I can get in English would help, until I learn more German!
