But *I* want the Maß! I'm selfish! And ironically or not, for all the dozens and dozens of times we've / I've biked to the Griess, Roppelt, and Kreuzberg Keller(s), the *one* time we happen to run into Herrn Raupach while he's doing research (photos) for the new version, it was at a Keller that we actually didn't like at all, except for the view. Hint: It's in Landkreis Roth, of all places. Sadly, they seem to have retired you lot from the Klosterbrauerei page--the photos in the book match the ones on the http://www.bamberg-guide.de/bamberg/bierundbierkultur/location.php?loc=86 page.
