Edelstoff

Interesting--I've enjoyed Spaten from the big "wood" barrel at the Viktualienmarkt much more than I've liked the Edelstoff from the big "wood" barrel at Augustiner. The Spaten has a nice, light balance of malt & hop. I still say Edelstoff is Munich's most over-rated beer.
