| Die Bamberger Biertage, as such, are not taking place this year, not even as a 1 day event. The Day of German Beer takes place every year, and is celebrated to greater or lesser degrees at different breweries and locations nation-wide. (The breweries in the Hallerndorf communities operate a nice open house on the Saturday, or has in the past anyway. I can't find anything about this online this year though.) They're suggesting you come to Bamberg and celebrate "Den Tag des deutschen Bieres", since there's no Bamberger Biertage this year. They still want you to come to Bamberg! At least that's how I read the notices. |
