RFA #6

I tried again this morning. 7:00am my time, 1:00pm Freising time. That should have been a good time to call right? I got a different guy who spoke a few words of English. When I asked about my Reservierung for September he told me he saw nothing booked. I told him I would fax him all the specifics and then asked him to fax me a Bestätigung. I'm not sure how much of the fax me back thing he understood because I never got a fax from the hotel. I called back around 7:30 and asked if he'd received my fax. I'm pretty certain he said he had. I don't know what the issue with faxing me back is. I can't understand what he's saying re: the Bestätigung but he did keep saying "It's ok". So at this point I'm just going to assume that I have my confirmed rooms. Mistake?
