What are the outdoor fests in September near Bamberg?

I like the small fests. Remember a great one in Raubling across the autobahn from Rosenheim. Oktoberfest in Munich and Volksfest in Stuttgart too big. Hassle getting a seat at table. What makes a good fest is: bier, musik, and gaemutlichkeit. Frank
