I responded to your question of how is the best way to order all those beers you listed. I'm a Brewer and sure do know the difference between all of them, but when I worked at Wager, I sometimes worked the beer sales in the "Hof". They make a "U", but people would come in seeking "U" and ask for Keller/Lager/Land/Zwickle/Bier mit trub/Unfiltert/Etc. We all knew what they wanted and they all left with "U". I feel that in the Bamberg area, if you simply ask for that general style (as described above) with a simple "U" you're going to get what your looking for. If you ask for " A Bier", it could be a Hell or Pils or something you weren't looking for. And it's "Ooou", not-you/(u).
