What Uncle Jimbo has written here: "To me, "crisp beer" means that it is dry with good carbonation and that there is no lingering sweetness or strong flavor left on the tongue after a sip. I usually think of lagers such as Pils as crisp..." Is exactly what I was trying to convey. Thank you Uncle Jimbo for saying better.
