So würde ich Erics Verwendung von "crisp" übersetzen, da er besonders vom "hopfig" und "IPA" redet, und so wird eine Sorte Bier auf Englisch "dry, hoppy, und bitter" beschrieben. "Crisp" kann ein Synonym für "dry and/or bitter" sein. http://www.dict.cc/?s=herb deckt beiderlei "tart" und "dry"; meiner Meinung nach geht "tart" in Jimbos Weizenbier Richtung. Sorry, but I've got to practice my German. That's how I'd translate Eric's use of "crisp", since he specifically mentions "hoppy" and IPA, and that's how such a beer is described in English. "Crisp" can be a synonym for "dry and/or bitter". http://www.dict.cc/?s=herb covers both "tart" and "dry"; "tart" is what Jim's talking about with Weizen IMO.
