No idea at all. I'm yet to run into any information on that but I haven't exactly attempted any significant research either. I've been using the Wyeast Bavarian Lager yeast #2206 and have been very happy with the results with Rauchbier and Bocks. Next thing I want to attempt is a nice brownish Franconian Vollbier.
