Wheat Beers - Why Bother? |

| To an extent, sure. I was specifically thinking of what beer judges (professional and/or for homebrew competitions) take into account when scoring or evaluating them when I said I know what makes up a good one. And I do like a good Weizen--I just don't drink them often. But yes, some people like their Weizen less banana-ish, others like theirs more so, etc. |
